By compiling these interviews into an anthology, the architects reveal a series of decisions regarding housing that are deeply personal to their creators; all of them united by a fundamental question: why respond to universal needs with universal forms? What links these houses goes beyond architecture itself: it is not so much about having built them, but about having continued to live within the questions they raised. After twenty-one conversations, Arquitectura-G invites each architect to participate in a new dialogue—selected and compiled by Moisés Puente—, allowing them to converse with one another across time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAbout Arquitectura-G\u003cbr\u003eArquitectura-G is an architecture studio based in Barcelona, founded in 2006 by Jonathan Arnabat, Jordi Ayala-Bril, Igor Urdampilleta, and Aitor Fuentes. Its practice ranges from temporary installations and residential projects to commercial spaces and urban planning, and its work has been widely disseminated in international media. In 2015, they received the prestigious Mies van der Rohe Prize for Emerging Architects. They are also dedicated to teaching, lecturing at the same school where they met.
