HAMAM is a new quarterly bathing magazine.
We started HAMAM because there isn’t a magazine already out there that cares this much about a good soak.
The magazine feature essays, artist projects, photography, and interviews from contributors from all over the world. We think of bathing as one of the practices of letting go. We will explore many of these practices, but there’s no denying: we’re bathing obsessed.
In our premier issue, we dedicate HAMAM - a new print publication that celebrates art and culture of bathing - to all those unconventional spirts out there with open hearts, creative & big ideas. Featuring:
Photography by Mark Edward Harris, Max Pinckers, Trent Davis Bailey
Short stories by Carl Rosenstein, Rob Bailey, poems by David Mason and first piece of serialized fiction by Brian Glubok.
Interviews with James Mortimer and Tad Fettig.
Illustrations by Cem Dinlenmiş, Eren Su Kibele Yarman, YeRin Kim.
And many more.
