"Illusion compiles a selection of drawings around human behaviors associated with language and communication, failed attempts, invisible walls and chains of meaning. Andrea Gómez's dirty and delicate line speaks to us of love and power , of tremors and distortions, unconscious or voluntary, which minimize or expand the scope of what we explain. In the manner of simple but incomplete gestures, a series of words and phrases, symbols and codes appear as fragmentary signs. "

The inks we use are eco-friendly water-based with the Oekotex Certificate and REACH Certificate.
Material are limited edition objects by Andrea Gómez, her practice has moved mainly between painting, drawing, graphic design, sound and collective thinking. She has addressed among other topics: the relationships between the analog and the digital, the scientific and the mythical, and the western notion of the exotic.
Cofounder of L’Automàtica, Todojunto and Dinou and worked with institutions, magazines and projects such as MACBA and Fundació Miró, Blueproject Foundation, Fuet Magazine, Slowdown Studio, The Plant Magazine, Vein Magazine among others.
