Magali creo Tanios como un homenaje al abuelo que vivió 101 años extraordinarios. Originaria de Andket, un pequeño pueblo en el norte del Líbano donde el zaatar y el zumaque están profundamente arraigados en la tradición. Su familia tuvo la suerte de tener árboles de zumaque y cada verano, buscábamos zaatar en las montañas. Después de mudarse a Francia, se dio cuenta de lo raro que era encontrar zaatar y zumaque de alta calidad en Europa. Extrañando los sabores de su hogar creo Tanios, para compartir hierbas auténticas y frescas y, al mismo tiempo, apoyar a las familias de Líbano que cosechan estas plantas silvestres cada temporada.
