Some of our furniture is not available for immediate shipping and is made to order.

This means that we do not have it in stock at the store: we order it directly from the supplier once you make a purchase.

The delivery time varies depending on the product, but it is usually between 2 and 4 weeks. As these are furniture pieces, this time may be adjusted slightly depending on production and transport.

Payment is made at the time of purchase and the order is confirmed. As soon as we receive the product, we send it directly to the indicated address or notify you if you prefer to pick it up at the store.

Spain - 24/48 hr.

We ship orders in one day if placed before 1 PM, and in two days if placed after. However, there may be reasons beyond our control. Please contact us if your order has not arrived in 4 days.

International - one week

We ship worldwide! Well, there are a few countries we don't ship to, but most of them.

Delivery times are approximately one week. Please note that you may be charged local customs fees.

Free shipping in Barcelona for purchases over 30€, and in the rest of Spain for purchases over 50€.

If you don't reach the minimum, you can choose from several services that will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Does not apply to photographic film purchases.

You can return the product if you are not satisfied within the first month after purchase. Shipping costs are at your expense.

(In the physical store, we refund the amount with a gift voucher; on the website, we issue a refund because we understand that not seeing the product physically has its limitations.)

In the event that your product is defective, once it has been received and reviewed, we will refund the product amount and shipping costs.
