Nuestro primer número, "Recetas desde casa", se centra en las historias de chefs jóvenes y prometedores, profundamente inspirados por su noción de cultura, hogar e identidad. Este número destaca a tres chefs neoyorquinos: Jocelyn Dang (Le Bernardin, Jungsik, Atoboy), Vincent Zheng (June Wine Bar, Nudibranch) y Morgan Kim (Virginia's, Crown Shy).
Nuestros colaboradores pasaron un día con los chefs en sus cocinas, donde cada uno preparó un plato basado en el tema de "Recetas desde casa". Por la noche, el equipo y los invitados se reunieron para una cena íntima, donde los chefs presentaron su plato.
A través de fotografías seleccionadas y textos extensos, cada pieza captura la trayectoria y las aspiraciones de los chefs en el mundo culinario, sus diversas fuentes de inspiración y el proceso de preparación del plato. En este número, también encontrará tres recetas exclusivas escritas por los chefs para cada uno de los platos destacados.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
