Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped on the same day and those placed after are shipped within two days. Nevertheless, external factors may sometimes influence delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days, please contact us.
International - one week
We offer worldwide shipping, barring few exceptions.
The delivery times typically amount to a week. Please be aware that local customs might levy charges on your shipment.
Enjoy free shipping within Barcelona for orders over €30, and across the rest of Spain for orders over €50.
However, if the minimum order value is not met, shipping fees ranging from €6 to €8 will be applied.
Please note that these free shipping offers do not apply to purchases of photographic film.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
