The simple acceptance of the purchase through the confirmation of the order placed, implies that you accept these conditions, which will govern, in the absence of particular conditions, the relationship established between you and Modern Life fun, SL (hereinafter "Chandal").

1.- Scope of application

These general conditions will govern the commercial relationship established between you and Chandal formalized by the execution of an order, use of services, purchase or request of the products or services that the owner of the page offers through it. The services or products are offered from the web space assigned to the www.chandal.tv domain, so any purchase made outside of said space will not link Chandal.

2.- Acceptance and validity of the General Conditions

In accordance with the following conditions, these may be modified, so that the relationship established with you will be valid and applicable to those in force on the date of acceptance. These clauses will take effect from the moment the contract is executed, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002. The modification of the General Conditions will be notified to the users through the same web page. 3.- Description of the products

In each presentation of the product offered on the website, its characteristics are described. If you want additional information you can request it by email to the contact address specified above.

The stocks of our products are limited, although the fact that they appear on the web implies that they are in stock, it is possible that they are sold minutes before in the physical store. In this case we will proceed to refund the product.

4.- Way of making purchases

Chandal establishes this procedure to make the purchase of products through its website.

Shopping basket

Every time you choose a product you want to buy, click on the message that says "to the basket". In the upper right hand corner of the page there is a picture of a basket and a number indicating the quantity of products you have added to your shopping basket. Once you have finished choosing, click on the drawing of the basket and it will take you to a summary where the added products, prices and quantities are specified, here you can modify the quantities, delete products and specify if you want us to wrap your products for gift. Once you have finished and are satisfied with what you have chosen, click on the message that says “pay”, this will take you to our registration page.

Once you have finished the process, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the order, with all the information and the expected date of receipt.

5.- Price of the products

The prices indicated on the Chandal website and invoiced to the client include VAT and current taxes. Chandal reserves the right to modify them at any time, without prior notice.

6.- Cancellation of orders

Chandal reserves the right to cancel orders made based on typographical or arithmetic errors or that contain an imprecise shipping address that may hinder the delivery of the items.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so by sending us an e-mail with the number of the order you wish to cancel.

7.- Delivery Conditions

Each of the following shipping methods that we offer imply different costs and delivery methods. The times indicated below are transport times and not order processing.

  • National shipments or Certified national mail or Chronoexpress Courier
  • International shipments or Certified international mail or International air mail or Chronoexpress Courier

The delivery times of the different forms of shipment vary according to the receiving country and the chosen modality:

  • Certified national mail: 3 business days
  • Chronoexpress Courier (national scope): 24-48 hours.
  • Certified international mail: from 3 to 5 business days
  • International air mail: between 15 and 30 days
  • Chronoexpress Courier (international): between 7 and 10 days

8.- Purchase returns

Chandal informs you that you have the right of withdrawal, provided that the products purchased are not in the categories contemplated in Article 45 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law, which will be exercised in accordance with the following conditions.

Chandal will accept all returns that are made within the indicated period (15 business days from receipt of the product) and provided that it is in perfect condition. Once the product is received, Chandal will proceed to the prior verification of its status before proceeding to the refund of its amount.

In the event that you receive a product in poor condition, you can return it and Chandal will refund the full amount thereof (price of the product and shipping costs), limiting, in any case, Chandal's responsibility to said replacement.

Returns or claims can be made at the address indicated in the heading of these conditions and it is necessary to notify Chandal, via e-mail or contact telephone number.

9.- Methods of payment

Chandal will accept the following forms of payment for purchases made on its portal in accordance with the conditions established here and in the corresponding applicable regulations:

  • Credit card: It is the most convenient and secure way to pay. Only the digits are needed, the expiration date of a credit card and the security numbers that appear on the back of the card. Our credit card payment system is secure as we have an approved SSL system with an encryption key length of 128 bits (highest level commercially available).   • Bank transfer: In the shipping selection and payment method section you can find our bank details. Once we have received the transfer, the product will be shipped. In transfers from la Caixa, it is immediate, from any other Spanish bank it usually takes 3 days and from international accounts, 7 days. In the event that you make the transfer from outside Spain, do not forget to use the IBAN and BIC number, it will not only speed up the process but you will save additional costs.

12.- Use of the service and responsibilities

Chandal does not guarantee the permanent availability of the services, being exonerated from any type of responsibility for possible damages and prejudices caused due to the unavailability of the service due to force majeure or errors in the telematic data transfer networks, beyond its control.

Chandal is not responsible for the content of the links to other web pages that are not owned by it and, therefore, cannot be controlled by it.

13.- Order claim

If you do not receive the shipment after the delivery period indicated above, contact us and we will immediately make the claim to the carrier.

The postal service only accepts claims after fifteen business days from the delivery of the package to its offices for domestic shipments and thirty days for international shipments.

The Chronoexpress courier company guarantees all its national deliveries within 48 hours. If after that time you have not received the order, Chandal will claim it for you and provide Chronoexpress with your phone number to agree on a new delivery time.
