Otto is 12 years old and is an unlikely mix between Mowgli, a kawaii child and an anime character in chaos mode.
He loves taking risks: he climbs everything, jumps everything, skids on his bike like physics doesn't exist, and usually comes back with a story that starts with "it wasn't my fault, but...". He's also an expert at pulling off pranks with an innocent face at a professional level.

He loves Japan, kawaii, cute details and urban music, but let's not kid ourselves: he's still a wild child with two kittens who follow him around the house as if he were their spiritual leader.
