We work very hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible; however, there may always be slight delays due to logistical issues. Therefore, we recommend not waiting until the last minute if you need your order by a specific date. It's also important to note that we only ship on weekdays and that the courier typically picks up packages at 1:00 PM.

You have a month to return your purchase if you're not satisfied, provided that the products are in perfect condition. Shipping costs are not included.

In case of a purchase in the physical store, we also offer a one-month period to return the products, but we provide a refund in the form of a voucher that does not expire.
