Cultivating Mesoamerican products in the heart of Castile is a challenge only for the brave. But the harsh conditions allow us to obtain exceptional chilies with slow growth and maturation, and incredible organoleptic characteristics.
Crops in traditional fallow succession. Green manure, organic fertilization, and not using phytosanitary products on our chilies (not even those allowed in EU organic regulations) are the hallmarks of our way of understanding our work.
We inherit ancestral Mexican procedures and techniques, but we have a global soul. Each sauce is unique. With special care for the recipe to achieve a product that captivates with its ancestral aroma, its expansive essence, and its strong character flavor. A medium-range hot sauce to bring it closer to any palate.
We take preparation very seriously. Our sauces seem simple, but their preparation is not easy. Both our 3-day and 3-night smoking, and our 2.5-year fermentation, are done respecting traditional techniques and times to achieve the best product."
Green tomatillo and chili sauce:
It's the best way to eat green tomatillo, a small and very tasty fruit, which is both sweet and sour. La Marciana is different from any other, but once you try it, it becomes an essential sauce for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
Try it with: Chilaquiles, quesadillas, and tacos. There's no Mexican dish it can't conquer. And no Mediterranean one either. Serve it with fried or scrambled eggs, with rice, white meats, pork, pork rinds, or even white fish and poultry. Salsa Marciana is about taking risks.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
