Growing Mesoamerican products in the heart of Castile is a challenge only for the brave. But the harsh conditions allow us to obtain exceptional chilies with slow growth and ripening, and incredible organoleptic characteristics.
Crops grown in traditional fallow succession. Green manure, organic fertilization, and the non-use of pesticides on our chilies (not even those permitted in
EU environmental regulations) are the hallmarks of our approach to our work.
We inherited ancestral Mexican procedures and techniques, but we have a global spirit. Each salsa is unique. Spicy chipotle chili sauce:
With a sweet appearance and a semi-liquid texture, Genial sauce stands out for its smoky flavor and its medium-low spiciness.
It is made from organic chipotle chili and is smoked very slowly, following Mexican tradition.
Try it with: Pasta and rice, red and white meat, stews and fish... This is an all-rounder sauce. You can combine it with any dish you can think of and it will simply be fantastic.
Medium/low spiciness
- Ingredients: Tomato, sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, white onion, chipotle chili, cane sugar, virgin salt, garlic, oregano, cinnamon, cumin and bay leaf.
