Taro has a little problem: every time he pees, a few drops escape, and of course, his mother gets a little angry. Naturally, once he pulls up his pants, no one knows, but it bothers him. In his eagerness to feel understood, he goes out into the street to look for people with the same problem. Apparently, other children have the same thing going on, although it isn't what it seems. At the very least, he will discover a simple life lesson: everyone has some little problem to deal with.
