Acceptance of the purchase by confirming the order implies that you expressly accept these General Conditions, which will govern the contractual relationship between you and Modern Life Fun, SL (hereinafter, “Chandal” ), unless special conditions are established.

2. ABILITY TO CONTRACT

By accepting these terms, you declare:
a) That it has the legal capacity to contract in accordance with Spanish regulations.
b) That he/she has read and fully accepts these General Conditions.

3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by Chandal through the website www.chandal.tv .
Any purchase made outside of this domain will not bind Chandal.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Each product includes a detailed description of its features.
Stock is limited and may sell out due to simultaneous sales in physical stores. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

⚠️ Some products are decorative items (for example, candles that look like food). These products are not edible and are intended solely for decorative use.

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase process is carried out entirely online through:

  • Product selection

  • Cart review

  • Entering shipping and billing information

  • Shipping and payment method selection

  • Order confirmation

Once the process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

6. PRICES

All prices shown on the website include VAT and legally applicable taxes .

The applicable prices will be those in effect at the time of order confirmation .
For products where it is mandatory, the price per unit of measure will be indicated in accordance with current regulations.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

Transactions are processed through secure servers. Chandal does not store bank or card details.

8. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery times are approximate and correspond to transport time, not order preparation time.

  • National certified mail: 3 business days

  • National courier service: 24–48 hours

  • International shipments: depending on destination and selected method

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current regulations, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal , without needing to provide justification.

To exercise this right, you must fill out this form and send it to our email address chandal@chandal.tv.

The products must be returned in perfect condition.
Except in the case of a defective product or shipping error, the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer .

10. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of a defective product or an error attributable to Chandal, the full amount will be refunded, including shipping costs.

11. LEGAL GUARANTEE

All products have a legal guarantee of conformity of three (3) years , in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

12. ELECTRONIC INVOICE

The invoice will be issued in electronic format with the express prior consent of the client .
The customer can request the invoice in another format by contacting chandal@chandal.tv .

13. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.
Chandal guarantees the confidentiality of the data and that it will not be transferred to third parties.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is the property of Chandal and is protected by intellectual property regulations.

15. RESPONSIBILITY

Chandal is not responsible for service interruptions due to causes beyond its control or for the content of external links.

Likewise, the consumer may go to the courts of the consumer's domicile , in accordance with the applicable regulations.
