Jaleo is a 100% Picual extra virgin olive oil, produced in Martos (Jaén), considered the birthplace of this quintessential variety. It is made from healthy olives harvested early in October and milled the same day using cold extraction and organic methods. This process involves several selections of vineyards and individual olive trees. The result is an EVOO with an intense color, a very intense profile, great stability, and a distinctive character. It is packaged in a tin to protect it from light and preserve its freshness and aromas to the fullest.
