Variedad Akashi: Akashi en japonés significa "luz", evocando el brillante color verde claro de este té. Esta variedad tiene un balance perfecto, con notas dulces y afrutadas, y rico en umami.
* Preparación: Comienza tamizando 1-2 gramos de matcha (aproximadamente una cucharadita) en un bol para evitar grumos. Luego, añade 70-100 ml de agua caliente a 80 °C, evitando que hierva para no alterar el sabor. Con un batidor de bambú (chasen), mezcla en movimientos rápidos en forma de "M" o "W" hasta obtener una espuma fina y uniforme en la superficie. Añade más agua o leche al gusto.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
