Pippa Garner's multidisciplinary practice, which is receiving renewed visibility and institutional attention, boasts a vast photographic archive, largely undiscovered, of thousands of images. Comprising personal documentation spanning fifty years, her photographic work also includes street photography from the late 1970s and early 1980s, captured during her daily explorations of Los Angeles. *Outdoor Furniture* compiles a series of images of dilapidated sofas abandoned on the streets of the Californian city.
Pippa Garner studied transportation design at the ArtCenter College of Design in Los Angeles. Garner has exhibited at the ICA LA (1980) and the MOCA LA (1985), and performed at the Whitney Museum of American Art with Chip Lord (1980). She has appeared as a guest on talk shows such as The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, The Merv Griffin Show, and Monster Garage. Garner has recently held solo exhibitions at JOAN (2021), Kunstverein München (2022), Kunsthalle Zürich (2023), Frac Lorraine (2023), and Art Omi (2023). Garner lives and works in Long Beach, California.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
