Growing Mesoamerican products in the heart of Castile is a challenge only for the brave. But the harsh conditions allow us to obtain exceptional chilies with slow growth and ripening, and incredible organoleptic characteristics.

EU environmental regulations) are the hallmarks of our approach to our work.

Very spicy chipotle chili sauce:
The sauce for the daring. Spicy and bold, Fogosa is the courageous version of Salsa Genial. While it shares the same base, it's distinguished by the use of Oaxacan chile de agua. A flavorful and tempting accompaniment to your dishes.
Try it with: Potato omelet, red and white meats, stews, pasta, rice dishes... Fogosa is the perfect sauce if you're already somewhat familiar with the world of spicy food.
Ingredients: Tomato, sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, white onion, chipotle chili, cane sugar, virgin salt, garlic, water chili powder, oregano, cinnamon, cumin and bay leaf.
