Estos cuadernos están pensados tanto para notas y reflexiones como para bocetos y dibujos, proponen ampliar la experiencia de un cuaderno convencional. Con hojas en blanco, hojas rayadas y ilustraciones en las hojas centrales.
Estas doce fotografías anónimas provienen de una colección de unas cuarenta imágenes en blanco y negro y en color que muestran hogazas y rebanadas de pan británicas e irlandesas. Ilustran *The Book of Bread* (El libro del pan), de Owen Simmons, publicado en 1903: una obra pionera en la química de la panificación y, posiblemente, un precursor temprano de la gastronomía molecular. A lo largo de más de 400 páginas y siete capítulos, Simmons expone los resultados de más de 360 experimentos propios. Las ilustraciones del libro han sido elogiadas por Martin Parr y otros fotógrafos por su carácter visionario, al anticiparse a la fotografía de arte conceptual de la década de 1980.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
