Akashi Variety: Akashi in Japanese means "light," evoking the bright, light green color of this tea. This variety has a perfect balance, with sweet and fruity notes, and is rich in umami.
* Preparation : Begin by sifting 1-2 grams of matcha (approximately one teaspoon) into a bowl to avoid lumps. Then, add 70-100 ml of hot water (80°C), being careful not to let it boil so as not to alter the flavor. Using a bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk in quick "M" or "W" motions until a fine, even foam forms on the surface. Add more water or milk as desired.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
