LUCKYBOYSUNDAY is a universe of quirky characters and soft furnishings for your home, founded in 2008 and sold in stores around the world. Our mission is for everyone to have at least one best friend, and that's what we aim to design. We love imperfections, so all our characters represent human moods and flaws. That being said, we produce with the highest qualities, from pillows woven in the softest baby alpaca to cuddly velvet ready to kiss and cuddle.
All LUCKYBOYSUNDAY designs are made in Bolivia, where the alpaca has been bred for its precious wool for centuries. All items are woven in cooperatives that work under the principle of fair trade by very talented women and men, using only the highest quality wool, which is as valuable and as soft as cashmere. Our faux fur friends are of course made in a real plush factory in China, where Chinese attention to perfection, quality and detail makes our plush friends come true. "Our close relationship and visits to our Chinese factory make it possible for us to understand and believe together, even if we live in separate worlds.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
