It includes some very popular dishes from all regions of Spain, but focuses primarily on specialties little known outside their places of origin, with the aim of discovering the enormous—and often overlooked—richness of our gastronomy, celebrating it, and bringing it back into our home kitchens from a contemporary perspective.
The recipes are always easy, with affordable ingredients and quick to prepare, and a healthy perspective will be one of the foundations of the book: it focuses on vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, cereals, seeds… while meat and fish occupy a secondary place.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
