Inspired by the principles of tarot, they have designed a physical deck of cards to foster connection through the power of stories and play. Let these cards drive conversations about work and life, help you share and understand deeper aspects of yourself, and create a more human, purposeful, and inclusive work culture.

The cards invite conversation about the most relevant topics in our work lives:

1. ENERGY CARDS (Inspiration, Purpose)

2. EMOTION CARDS (Feelings, Inner Conflict)

3. RELATIONSHIP CARDS (Work/Self-realization, Decision-making)

4. JOURNEY CARDS (Personal development and professional trajectory)

52 designed cards / The deck consists of 10 blue, 10 orange, 10 yellow, 10 pink cards, wild cards, instructions, and is interpreted along with 4 situation cards.

The Connection Cards were designed in collaboration with Dropbox Design, as part of their Culture Kits. Dropbox Design Culture Kits are designed for those who want to improve their work environment, offering tools that empower and enable teams to define their own work culture.
