In the past, public restrooms in cities may not have made a good impression due to health and safety concerns. These facilities often lacked inclusive design qualities. Public restrooms should be accessible, comfortable, and anxiety-free for everyone at all times. With this concept in mind, the project team considered what kind of public restroom would be safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone to use. Consequently, seventeen existing restrooms in the streets and parks of Shibuya, Tokyo, were renovated—all gender-neutral, equipped with the latest sanitary equipment, and accessible for wheelchair users and ostomy patients. This book shows just how truly beautiful a toilet can be.

For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
